Hopefully I am answering your questions correctly - we just received a new batch of dried tart cherries today - yes they do have some organic cane sugar - the brix [sugar content] of our organic tart cherries is very high [although we do not know why...] non-organic cherries tend to run between 13-16 and organically ours run 19-21. Yesterday we attempted to squeeze in one more run of our cherries dried with NO sugar but we have to wait until late summer as the processor now is gearing up for pitting sweet and tart cherries. We DO hear you and our desire also is to have organic dried tart cherries with no sugar - please wait for us.... Cheryl

I am interested in the organic tart cherries. However, I want to wait until the new crop is in. When is a good time to order. also, how much sugar is infused into the cherries? Can they be sugarless?
